We started our process in early 2024 researching ethical agencies as naive intended parents. The process can be extremely daunting but from the very first zoom call with Louise we felt a genuine sincerity and connection that has turned into a lifelong friendship. Louise was not just our coordinator or agent, she goes above and beyond her role and has an amazing ability to diffuse and calm any stressful part of the journey, which do pop up along the way due to the process being completely out of our control. As a bit of a control freak myself, Louise helped calm my nerves at so many points with definitive action when needed, and also just a caring ear from someone who understood the complex process entirely.
From helping us organise our initial fertility tests, to coordinating egg donors and our IVF in Europe to then coordinating transport of our embryos and our surrogacy in Colombia, Louise was available 24/7. She often messaged and called just to check in on the process as well as replying immediately to any texts/emails when any concerns arose.
We have been blessed to welcome our son Reegan in Nov 2025 and are now embarking on our second journey. We could not imagine what this would have been like without her support every step of the way.
