After being supported by Nest&Co during our first journey in Argentina, we were once again accompanied by Hélène for our second journey in Cartagena, Colombia.

Everything was incredibly smooth: from the video call with the clinic director and the lawyer Nadia Afenador, to the transfer of our embryos from Argentina to Colombia, and the signing of all the contracts.

We were incredibly lucky to be matched with Keisy, the surrogate mother of our son. She is exceptionally kind — warm, attentive, dedicated, and highly committed — a true gem!

Quite quickly, we knew she was medically ready to begin this journey with us.

Throughout the pregnancy, we had excellent communication and support thanks to Laura, the clinic coordinator.

We would like to thank Dr. Eliana for her warm welcome at the clinic, her professionalism, and her kindness when we met her to introduce our son.

Many thanks to the entire Colombian clinic team, to Carmen, Dr. Eliana, and Laura for their help during our stay in Cartagena.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Keisy — even though we will never be able to thank her enough for the gift of life she has given us.

We encountered so many unexpected challenges along the way, and time and again it was Louise’s guidance, experience, and constant presence that got us through. She was there at every step — explaining, supporting, checking in, and making sure we never felt alone in the process. We truly needed her throughout this journey, and we are endlessly grateful for everything she did for us.

If there is one piece of advice we would give to anyone starting a surrogacy journey, it is to seek independent advice and have a lawyer involved from the beginning. Louise shows exactly why this matters. She made sure we were informed, protected, and supported, and that we never placed blind trust in something so life changing.

Hélène was by our side throughout the entire process—always attentive, kind, and reassuring—helping us make the best decisions based on what we truly wanted. We started our process in early 2024 researching ethical agencies as naive intended parents. The process can be extremely daunting but from the very first zoom call with Louise we felt a genuine sincerity and connection that has turned into a lifelong friendship. Louise was not just our coordinator or agent, she goes above and beyond her role and has an amazing ability to diffuse and calm any stressful part of the journey, which do pop up along the way due to the process being completely out of our control. As a bit of a control freak myself, Louise helped calm my nerves at so many points with definitive action when needed, and also just a caring ear from someone who understood the complex process entirely.

From helping us organise our initial fertility tests, to coordinating egg donors and our IVF in Europe to then coordinating transport of our embryos and our surrogacy in Colombia, Louise was available 24/7. She often messaged and called just to check in on the process as well as replying immediately to any texts/emails when any concerns arose.

We have been blessed to welcome our son Reegan in Nov 2025 and are now embarking on our second journey.  We could not imagine what this would have been like without her support every step of the way.

It has been clear through all our interactions with Louise that she is someone who genuinely cares about every IP or couple that she works with.

Our whole journey to parenthood would not have been possible and certainly would have been a whole lot more stressful and difficult without Nest&Co and Louise. The surrogacy process can be extremely stressful at times, but Louise and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.

Louise was our coordinator and was with us at every step of the way. She was available 24/7 and always replied immediately to our texts/emails no matter what time of day.

When we faced issues, Louise went over and above her role to assist us. I could not imagine embarking on this process without Louise and NestAndCo.

They have been a vital support throughout, and I would like to think we have made a wonderful lifelong friend in Louise.

One year after signing the contract, my little one finally arrived in August 2024.

It was a wonderful experience, filled with many gripping encounters that will remain forever in my heart .

Getting the paperwork done was a little stressful, but Hélène provided flawless support. I have no doubt that she is the best at what she does. I would definitely recommend her… Hélène, I may see you again for my second journey!
